Classically trained in vocals and theatre performance Red found her hunger for live performance realized when she joined her brothers musical project back in high school. Since that time, Red has been performing across the United States and Canada in a number of bands singing Rock, R&B, Blues, Jazz, and Funk. Named in New Orleans, she has albums to her credit Blame it on the Moonshine (with the Sweet & Salty band) and a solo album titled Smokin’. You can find Hurricane Red performing in music venues across the Atlanta metro and beyond.

Kathie Holmes
Keyboards, Flute, Vocals
Kathie Holmes (keyboards, flute, vocals) grew up in Atlanta studying classical music and has a Bachelor’s degree in classical piano and flute performance. Her world changed when she went to her first blues jam and discovered the joy of improvising music straight from the soul. She is often invited to play with many prominent musicians to see what magic can be created with each new show. She performs at festivals and clubs throughout the Southeast as a member of several blues, Americana, rock, and funk bands and is an in-demand artist for recording sessions. Kathie is a Regional Coordinator for the Nashville Songwriters Association International and her CD Trouble Comes in Threes showcases her songwriting, singing, and instrumental skill.

Johanna Millin
Guitar, Vocals
Influenced by the multicultural sounds of NYC, where she grew up, Johanna Millin’s guitar can go from smooth R&B, groove-dancing funk to high energy rock. Vocal harmonies?? Yes! She adds them when needed. “Engaging the audience is my job”…Johanna wants everyone to have a good time.

Dianne DaLee
Bass Guitar
Dianne grew up in a musical family and received her first guitar at the age of seven. She spent her youth jamming with family and friends and then started performing live in bands or duos in the 90’s. She is currently the bass player for Blue Velvet, as well as for the rock band Chequered Blue. She has performed in the Atlanta Blues Society’s “Women in Blues” showcase four years in a row as bassist for various bands and vocalists, including Donna Hopkins, Rebekah Easley Ellis, East-West Blues Connection, as well as Blue Velvet. She also occasionally gigs with other bands or plays as part of an acoustic duo. When not playing bass, Dianne does graphic design and website design, and in her spare time, she is president and medical coordinator for Atlanta Boxer Rescue.
